Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping timelines are estimates only. Palo Popcorn is not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us at contact@palopopcorn.com within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it through a replacement or refund.

Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns of opened or consumed products except for quality issues. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization, less original shipping costs.

Intellectual Property

All content on palopopcorn.com, including text, images, logos, product names, and packaging designs, is the property of Palo Popcorn or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
